We have a fully integrated system. All our main profiles have a common glazing rebate that allows any profile to be welded at 90 degrees to any other for maximum versatility with easy fabrication.

Our popular frame depth of 60mm suits most building details and makes installation a far easier proposition with easy / quick adjustment into the void. Aesthetically the slim chamfered sightlines look great in any home and there is a choice of bevelled or our new sculptured sash.

Furthermore, the profile is a 'Three Chamber' system, giving three seperate internal air spaces across the 60mm frame depth - two smaller outer chambers which are used for drainage and a large central chamber, where re-inforcement is inserted for additional strength. This also allows all hardware to be fixed into the steel. Three chambers also gives better thermal performance which assists the overall U-value of 1.7w/m2k.

The system accomodates 18mm stack height hinges which allows heavier sashes to be supported and the in-board central Eurogroove provides vastly improved security performance and perhaps more importantly a dry environment for our locks, which stops any type of corrosion. The very positive hinge location not only makes fabrication easier but also gives support to the hinge itself and resistance to any movement during operation.

Other benefits include a sash to frame overlap of 8mm which provides excellent weather performance. There is a standard glazing upstand of 20mm which allows more than adequate cover for glass units. The single leg glazing beads are easy to fit but provide very secure on-site glazing.
